This was a particularly pretty sunset, I really liked the shadows running across the clouds. Duane Reade is a variety store, one day I want to bring my camera in and get a picture of the lady that works at the cash register. It's always fun going in there, all the employees talk about how mean the head pharmacist is! |
I snapped this picture in front of my house last summer in the evening. If you look between the wires, you will see a light. I thought it was odd for Venus to be so far south, and I snapped the picture as an after thought. Later when I down loaded the photo, I was sorry I did not study the object further. All I can say is that it was not moving, and was bright. I see ufo's alot, I am an avid sky watcher but I will never claim any of them are flying saucers, or extra terrestrials. Just because I can't identify them doesnt mean I have proof of et. Besides, we all know they come from within the Earth! |
This is the object in question, you see it above as it was in the picture not blown up at all. The reason it appears smaller in the first photo is because that picture has been made smaller for this web page. As you can see, the light is likely not a planet. |
There really isn't anything special about this picture, sea gulls are very common here on Long Island, especially at the beach. But I took this photo last winter while I was staying at a hotel in Montauk. It was a really special weekend, so I have fond memories when I look at this. Keep in mind that I refer to sea gulls as beach pigeons. That is no compliment because I refer to pigeons as flying rats. So for them to make it into my journal tells you something... |
