This is the southwest entrance to Central Park. Its a beautiful monument there, and also a good place to buy drugs. I was accosted several times waiting here to cross the street. |
This is a new building going up, the scale of the construction is amazing. Its also the type of place where people get killed by falling debris. I did not linger! |

With a great feeling of relief, mostly for my tired feet, the Long Island Rail Road train back to where I live shows up. It is the end of my trip to Manhattan, but not my last. |
